Cancellation Policy
Description
At Equilibrium Family House, as a small family-run hotel with limited rooms, maintaining a high occupancy rate is essential to our operations. To accommodate this, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Full Refund:
- Guests can receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in.
- A full refund is also available within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- Partial Refund:
- For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
- No Refund:
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided, and the full booking amount will be charged.
Due to the nature of our business, last-minute cancellations often result in unbooked rooms, which we are rarely able to fill in time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these terms.
