House Rules for Equilibrium Family House by E

Welcome to Equilibrium Family House by E! We are delightedto have you as our guest and hope you enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Toensure that all guests have a positive experience, we have established thefollowing house rules. These guidelines are designed to maintain thecleanliness, safety, and peaceful atmosphere of our mini-hotel/Family House. Wekindly ask that you read and adhere to these rules during your stay. Yourcooperation is greatly appreciated.

1. Shoes Off Policy
The entire house is a Shoes Off area starting from the front door.Please bring your own slippers to wear indoors. This policy helps us maintain aclean and comfortable environment for all guests.

2. Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, quiet hours are enforced as follows:

• Weekdays:     23:00 to 07:30
• Weekends:     Midnight to 08:00

Partying and noisy behavior are strictly prohibited duringthese hours. We ask that you respect the tranquility of the house and thecomfort of your fellow guests.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in:     From 15:00 to 23:00
• Check-out:     By 12:00 (noon)

Please adhere to these times to allow us to prepare therooms for the next guests.

4. Guest Policy
Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay in the room. Themaximum occupancy is two persons per room. No additional guests areallowed on the premises unless they are included in the reservation.

5. Nominative Reservations
Reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred or exchanged withanother person without prior written consent from the management.

6. Commercial Photography and Filming
Commercial photography and filming are not permitted on the premises without aprior written agreement. Please respect the privacy and comfort of otherguests.

7. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises. This policy helpsus maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

8. No Drugs or Alcohol Abuse
The use of illegal drugs and the abuse of alcohol are strictly prohibited onthe property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate evictionwithout a refund.

9. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the rooms. A fine of €300will be imposed for any violation of this rule.

10. Trash and Cleaning

• For     stays longer than 7 days, a cleaning service is included once a week.     Please ensure that your room is tidy on cleaning days to facilitate this     service.
• Bedsheets     are changed every 2 weeks.
• Trash     is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place your trash bin in     front of your door by 10:00 AM on these days.

11. Shared Kitchen Use
The shared kitchen is available to all guests, but we ask that you beconsiderate of others who may wish to use it.

• Cooking     operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage you to     coordinate with other guests using the weekly cooking schedule.
• After     cooking, please clean all utensils, cookware, and surfaces you have used.     After eating, wash and store dishes, glasses, silverware, and other items     as you found them. This ensures the kitchen is ready for the next guest.

12. Video Surveillance
Please note that the common areas of the house are under video surveillance forthe safety and security of all guests.
