Do you have a kitchen or cooking facilities available?

Our Studio Apartments come with kitchenettes that are equipped with basic cookware and appliances. Guests staying in other room categories can enjoy access to our shared kitchen facilities.

Is breakfast included in my stay?

We currently do not offer breakfast, but each room is equipped with amenities such as a kettle and fridge, and there are plenty of great cafés and bakeries nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, so you can stay connected during your stay

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, we provide fresh linens and towels for all our guests to ensure a comfortable stay.

How far is the property from public transportation?

Equilibrium Family House is conveniently located near public transportation. The nearest metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

We strive to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests whenever possible. Please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to meet your needs based on availability.

Is housekeeping included during my stay?

For stays of more than a week, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service. For shorter stays, housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in at Equilibrium Family House is from four p.m. onwards, and check-out is by eleven a.m. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Do you offer parking facilities?

We do not have private parking facilities at Equilibrium Family House. However, you'll find plenty of free parking available on the street directly in front of the house and in the surrounding neighborhood. It's usually easy to find a spot nearby, making it convenient for our guests.

Can I bring my pet with me?

While we understand that pets are part of the family, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them at Equilibrium Family House. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, some of whom may have allergies. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to recommend local pet boarding options if needed
